Miramar townhouse by Costarentals Ref 62

Welcome to this lovely townhouse, carefully renovated in 2025, located near the Miramar shopping center and the wide beach at the castle, Castillo Sohail. The urbanization has its own pool and tennis court.
The townhouse is in a quiet area close to most things, just a short walk away is the large shopping center Miramar with over 100 shops and restaurants as well as its own go-kart track on the roof. It takes about 10min to walk down to the beach and from there it is a lovely walk along the water to Fuengirola Center. There is free parking on the street outside and just around the knot there are numerous hiking trails in the beautiful scenery.
As you step in through the door you will be greeted directly by a bright and open plan with the modern kitchen to the left, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, water and coffee maker as well as much more you may need during the holiday. Straight ahead you have a dining area and the cozy living room as well as the terrace where there is a small barbeque and the best holiday memories are created!
Upstairs is the master bedroom to the right, here you have your own balcony with table and 2 chairs and a wonderful view of the urbanization and nature.
To the left is the second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, there is also a toilet and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs you have your very own roof terrace with nice lounge furniture and a lovely sea view.
Otherwise, the townhouse is fully equipped with A / C in every room, dishwasher and washing machine, free parking in the area, internet and much more.
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. . Belle maison dont les prestations doivent etre améliorées

L appartement propose de tres belles prestations ( bel emplacement piscine, terrain multisports, petite residence blanche tres jolie), nous avons egalement apprecie les attentions d arrivee (bouteilles d eau au frais, kit de menage d arrivee, sel, sucre, huile, vinaigre a disposition...) Cependant les problemes techniques ont gache cette bonne impression: pas de wifi, climatisation du salon qui fuit, electricite qui disjoncte des que 3 appareils sont branches ensemble, il a fallu relancer le gaz pour avoir de l eau chaude, lave vaisselle qui ne voulait plus fonctionner..) L ensemble de ces dysfonctionnements montrent que rien n a ete verifie avant notre arrivee et meme si ces problemes ont ete signales a notre arrivee a l agence rien n a ete repare pendant le sejour. Nous avons malgre tout passe 1 bon sejour qui aurait vraiment pu etre beaucoup plus agreable sans ces desagrements.

Smutsigt och slitet

Bodde här i 10 dagar, såg fram emot semestern då vi älskar området. Men vi möttes av en dåligt städad lgh. Flera saker var sönder, samt att ett fönster som vetter ut mot gatan inte gick att låsa. Fritt fram att klättra in….. Sängarna var riktigt äckliga! Bilderna på hemsidan ser fantastiska ut, men verkligheten visar nåt annat. Kommer inte boka detta igen.
