Beachfront apartment with amazing views & newly renovated with WiFi and int. TVs

You will enjoy fabulous and uninterrupted views on the sea from our living room, kitchen or terrace. The terrace has a 6-seater table with parasol, where you can enjoy your meals and drinks, for making the most of the outdoor living in the sunny Costa del Sol.
Our Apartment is 81sqm and has a big living-dining room as well as an open plan kitchen, a master bed room with an en-suite (with a new wellness shower), a second bedroom and an additional family bathroom. It is just completely renovated and finished with a high standard, all the furniture and electronics are brand-new. We can host in our apartment up to six persons. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a ceramic cooker and baking oven, a big fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave and many small appliances, such as toaster, orange juicer, coffee machine, etc. So that you will enjoy cooking during your holidays. In the living and bedrooms we have installed A/C-system, which can be used for cooling during the hot summer season and warm air during the winter months. If you want to wash your holiday clothes during your stay, this is not a problem, we also provide a washing machine. For your entertainment you can enjoy a big 55 inches TV with a surround soundbar in the living room and in each bedroom a 32 inches TV; all TV's receiving UK, German and Spanish channels.
An electric grill is also available for using on the terrace for an enjoyable eating experience with family and friends.

Surroundings:
The apartment is located directly on the beachfront and you also have immediate access to a Garden Bar, where you can get full English breakfast or a dinner or an odd pint of beer and other drinks while enjoying the fantastic sea view. You can see over to Morocco / Africa on the other side of the sea, on a clear weather day from your terrace.
You can also choose one of the three pools (closest pool is 20 meters away) or a tennis court in the community to use. The next restaurant after the garden bar is just 2 minutes walk away. The next supermarket, pharmacy and Taxi service stand is 5-7mins walk away. The next bus station to Malaga or Marbella can also be reached in 5mins. Within the community area, it is even possible to book a variety of day / boat tours. It is also possible to walk to La Cala de Mijas through the boardwalk in 20-30mins, in La Cala you have a nice beach, variety of options of boutiques, shops, restaurants etc. In general, the neighbourhood is mixed, with permanent residents and holiday makers from UK, Spain, Germany and so on, therefore not completely empty in the off-season .

We spent 6 weeks here and we loved the location. Being able to look out the kitchen window and see the ocean was a bonus. The apartment was well stocked with everything you might need. The hosts were very accommodating and were quick to rectify any issues.

Great Apartment With A Beautiful View of the Mediterranean

We had a great time here. We did a lot of relaxing and chilling. We loved sitting at the dining room table or out on the terrace just looking at the Mediterranean. We were very close to the boardwalk and it was great to walk and see the sea and listen to the waves! We also took a trip to Gibraltar and saw some monkeys close up.

Great location for touring the area.

The apartment was quite damp. The listing incorrectly included a clothes dryer when it was actually a drying rack and due to the dampness clothes/towels were never dry and it is against the rules to dry anything on the terrace. The front door was almost impossible to lock/unlock from the outside. Therefore, entering/exiting was always via the terrace door. We DID enjoy the location.

Excellent property, one of the best we have stayed in, if not the best. My sister and I live in Spain but inland, and holiday on the coast 5/6 weeks a year, so we are accustomed to the holiday rental market. There was every thing you needed for a perfect holiday break, even Xmas decorations were put out and a bottle of Champagne left on the table. The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. Great views from the terrace. Gated complex with ample parking. We will be back again as we were extremely satisfied with the property. The owners were very professional , polite and answered any queries or issues promptly .

Von der Übernahme bis zur Rücknahme hat alles geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden auch gut vom Wohnungsinhaber begleitet (eMail). Die Einrichtung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Hinten raus (Schlafräume) ist es etwas laut.

Good location and with a sea view. Did not find the beds very comfortable, I think the owners need to sleep in 2nd bedroom for a night as every time you moved in the bed the bed creaked badly and the pillow was inadequate.

Great location on the sea front and near all local amenities and restaurants

This is a lovely apartment with all the facilities I would expect to make our holiday relaxing and enjoyable. If you are feeling lazy there is a well run on site bar/restaurant otherwise there are a plethora of other restaurants within a short walk to suit most tastes. We visited Mijas Pueblo and Malaga historic sites whilst staying and if interested in exploring the wider area would recommend a hire car.
