Welcome to this cozy apartment for 4 people in Calahonda. It is located in a residential area next to the golf course and offers a refreshing community pool.
The shared chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off after a day playing golf or at the beach. It sizes 16 x 8 meters and its depth ranges between 1 and 2.1 meters. It also has a 6x6 metres with a 0.4 metres depth children pool so that the little ones can enjoy the water too. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where you can have your meals alfresco with views of the sea in the distance.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and has a practical and cozy style, with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The living room is equipped with TV-sat, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Next you have the kitchen with a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and ceiling fan and the second with twin beds, a ceiling fan and a TV-set. The bathroom in the house has a shower. Finally, we can provide you a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The complex of this apartment is located in the residential, family and quiet area of ​​Calahonda (Mijas) and offers beautiful views of the sea on the horizon. La Siesta golf course is just 600 meters away and Calahonda beach is 2.2 km away, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Playa Cabopino or Playa Riviera.

Le voyage a plutĂŽt mal commencĂ©: au lieu d'obtenir le droit d'accĂ©der Ă  l'appartement vers midi au lieu de 16h00 (early check-in), nous n'avons finalement eu accĂšs Ă  notre appartement que vers le coup de 20h00: nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  15h30 et le mĂ©nage n'Ă©tait pas fait (nous avons du appeler pour que le mĂ©nage soit fait). Nous avons aussi Ă©tĂ© surpris par: -La cuisine et le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur qui sont minuscules (cela n'est pas du tout apparent sur les photos) -La chambre des parents : lit de 1,40 mĂštres et fenĂȘtre bloquĂ©e -Le niveau d'usure des lits, du fauteuil et du linge est trĂšs Ă©levĂ©: il est absolument nĂ©cessaire de les remplacer -Un seul climatiseur dans tout l'appartement -Pas de parasol pour le balcon -Petite tĂ©lĂ© et chaines TV peu intĂ©ressantes Ce qu'on a aimĂ©: -La piscine Ă©tait bien pour les enfants et Ă©tait peu occupĂ©e (mĂȘme si un peu sale certains jours Ă  cause du vent) -La vue sur mer lointaine depuis le balcon, le salon et la chambre Ă  coucher -Le parking Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la rĂ©sidence -La position de la rĂ©sidence (obligation quand mĂȘme d'avoir une voiture) assez proche de la plage de Cabopino (5km) Ă  proximitĂ© des centres commerciaux (la CanĂŁda, Miramar, Plaza Mayor, Corte Ingles, etc.), du parc aquatique, des super marchĂ©s,...
