This spacious and bright 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the beach side complex of Mijas Playa Club, set in the wonderful town of La Cala de Mijas. The property is close to all the amenities of the town and only 100m from the sandy beach. The gated complex offers a communal swimming pool. There is street parking only. The accommodation offers free WIFI and air conditioning units in the lounge and bedrooms.
The accommodation within this light and airy townhouse is arranged over 2 floors with an extra level leading to the roof terrace. The ground floor offers an open-plan style lounge/kitchen with a large lounge area furnished with 2 sofas, TV and DVD. The lounge has access to the front, south facing terrace fitted with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a spacious dining area and the fully equipped kitchen leads out onto a large terrace . There is a guest toilet on this level.
Take the stairs up to the 2nd level and the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enjoys an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath with overhead shower unit and a private terrace. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and also has a small private terrace. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with 3 single beds and enjoys a small balcony overlooking the community. These bedrooms share a shower room with walk in shower unit.
Take the stairs one floor up again and there is access to the good sized roof terrace and all day sun.

Location is incredible. Property has everything and is well layed out.The only negative would be that 'some' fixtures and fittings are showing their age. Particularly the bathrooms. The shower in the main bedroom / en suite has no seal at the bottom of the shower screen, so is not practical to use. Some easy-fixes.

We have stayed here before, and will again. It is very comfortable, well situated in a great urbanisation very near the sea and all amenities, shops, restaurant, taxis, church, bars.
Ideal, and though the property is slightly tired, it's not that relevant.

The property is ideally located in Cala de Mijas in a quiet complex close to all amenities such as the beach shops and bars. The property is a good size and had plenty of room for our party of 7. The property could do with some TLC as some of the wooden patio and balcony doors and frames are showing some decay also the bathrooms again could do with upgrading as fittings are showing their age, but overall we had a good stay at this property and would return again.

Had a fab time at the property x plenty of space for everyone x clean and comfy x best location we have stayed in x so central for everything x had a problem with the front door x it was fixed very promptly x only downfall would say the property was needing a wee overhaul x but saying that it was value for your money x we hope to be back next year all being well x can’t fault Matthew x he was so helpful x

Could do with updating
Location is good, but the bathrooms need updating and a bit smelly. All the properties close by have alarms and bars and we found out from a neighbour after a dodgy Spanish man came to the door that he was checking us out to rob us. So that made the rest of the holiday a bit unnerving. There is no safe in the property and considering the above I would suggest these are put into the bedrooms..
Check out time of 10am is too early, but they do let you stay on until the cleaners come and we managed to stretch this out until we left at 2.30pm! However the next family arrived and had asked for an early check in, which they said was agreed. So there is a lack of communication with the management company.
We had a good holiday all the same, but wouldn't come back to this property or particular area. It looks like there are two swimming pools from the pic, but we only found 1. Oh and whilst I am on the subject of the swimming pool, what a ridiculous list of rules and what a horrible man that ties to enforce these ridiculous rules. No sunbeams around the pool either.. So when we could not go to the beach because of the jelly fish, the kids did not really want to go to the pool..
