The gated complex has three large communal outdoor pools (with disabled chairlift into the pool), one being located directly in front of the apartment. There is a paddle court, children's play area, indoor Gym and outdoor sport machines. To use the paddle court or gym please book with the concierge. The apartment offers a parking space, hot and cold vented aircon and free WIFI. The complex is 1.5km to the beach and the town's facilities. The closest supermarket is 1km
