On the ground floor you will find a large living room with access to a small garden, ideal for gathering with your loved ones and enjoying unforgettable moments. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for the whole family. There is a full bathroom on this floor.

Climbing the stairs, you will discover the first floor, where you will find 4 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom. In addition to the three bedrooms you will find a complete independent bathroom.On the first floor, you will find a large diaphanous room with two single beds and a sofa bed next to a toilet.

The villa has a small private garden area, an ideal place to relax outdoors and enjoy the sun or a barbecue. And to cool off on the hottest days, you can enjoy the complex's communal swimming pool right next to the villa, a perfect place for family fun.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Miengo, within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and other services, allowing you to enjoy all the amenities without having to worry about anything.
