A second twin bedroom and bathroom. There is an option to have a third double bedroom if required. A sunny paved terrace with far reaching views. Off road parking. In the South Downs National Park near Midhurst, Petworth and Chichester with easy reach to the sea and beautiful walks on the South Downs National Park.

Winter Break

A delighful cottage in a pretty rural setting. The property is well equipped, comfortable, warm and furnished to a high standard. The space around the cottage is private with glorious views towards the South Downs. The location offers peace and quiet and within easy reach of the picturesque towns of Petworth and Midhurst.

The perfect getaway.

We had the cottage for a few nights at Easter so that we could getaway from it all. This was perfect, the cottage is well designed and furnished, the owners were lovely, and the view as the sun goes down is to die for. Nobody around, no traffic, no noise just peace and quiet. That might not suit everyone, but we loved it.

A really lovely cottage in a beautiful spot

We had a really lovely few days at Long Meadow. The house is very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed there. The owners were helpful and communicated well. The views from the house are stunning, and it's a brilliant area to stay in with lots of places to visit and see. Great for families.

Immaculate cosy cottage in great location. A real find!

We stayed a couple of nights between Christmas and New Year. The cottage exceeded our expectations, it is very homely, comfortable, clean, beautifully furnished and the perfect place to stay. It has a well equipped kitchen if self-catering. It is situated in a lovely setting with beautiful views of the countryside and ideal for exploring the South Downs. Arundel is only a short drive away and we did a lovely walk to East Dean ( please note pub there is closed!) Although we didn’t meet Bridget, she communicated promptly and friendly. Can highly recommend and would be keen to visit again.

Very comfortable and cosy

We stayed for a weekend in early December. The weather was wet and cold so we made full use of the warm and comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable. The setting is fine with good views over the fields and woodland. Bridget was very accommodating too.
