Lovely and quaint hideaway
Easy booking and exceptionally easy check in using only electronic door codes. Great! Room was fine. Would have liked a microwave added, and perhaps a small table by the chairs that are in the middle of the room, or some other horizontal surface or work surface for that part of the room.

We loved the character and charm of the Hamilton Hoppin House. We had never stayed anywhere like this place before. Lilli emailed and texted us check in instructions the day of our stay and they were very easy to follow. Our room was beautiful and we felt very safe and comfortable staying here!

We never received check-in info as promised and didn't realize there is no staff on-site at the property, so gettign into our room was a little confusing and required multiple calls to management. The hotel is fine but staying in this old (beautiful) home without any staff feels a bit like being an unwelcome ghost at a haunted house.

weekend trip
the hamilton hoppin house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, spacious rooms with tv mini fridge and coffee maker and a clean shared kitchen area, easy instructions for check in/out and got recommendations from owner on best places to check out for food. we will definitely be back!
