Good hotel but there is no free parking!!

The hotel was good and the rooms were clean if a little cramped. Main concern was the marketing of the hotel as including free parking. This is not the case and should be removed from the Hotels.com listing for this hotel. Some inconvenience for us as we had to find public parking within the town.

Booked the property as it advertised free parking however no parking and we have to find space on street and pay for parking .shower drain wasn’t draining properly so back up when we had shower and flooding the bathroom to room , I mentioned to them on check out but surprisedly looks like they knew the issue . Safe in room wasn’t working and although staff use the master code , it won’t open.I would’ve book my first chose for booking if I knew the parking and drain and safe .staff are friendly Thu

Nice location, good breakfast, nice stay

Location was good. Parking spots in front of the hotel were full the whole time, but were able to park the car nearby. Breakfast was good, views lovely and room clean and spacious

The property is conveniently located next to the beach for easy access. The room was not in great shape, with sand on the floor, burnt out lights, and broken towel holders. Parking is most definitely not included per the amenities listing, which resulted in feeding a meter to park anywhere close to the hotel.

Belgium by the sea

A basic hotel but in an excellent location just off the esplanade and with a tram stop outside. Excellent continental breakfast with some hot dishes. Only negative is the single lift which accommodates only 4.

Well situated hotel

Hotel was very well sited on seafront, with easy access to the Coast Tram and parking close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that the room was somewhat hot and the bed not the most comfortable. It should be noted that there was no problems with cleanliness or noise though.
