Discover the perfect retreat on 34 secluded acres, complete with a tranquil pond—just minutes from dining, entertainment, beaches, and highway access. This unique property combines privacy with convenience, offering the best of both worlds.

The spacious home features 5 bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements: king, queen, twin, bunk beds, and even a crib for families traveling with little ones. There are 2.5 bathrooms, stocked with hair dryers, towels, and basic amenities. A main-level bedroom with an en-suite bath provides added privacy and ease of access.

Designed for relaxation and fun, the estate is packed with entertainment options, including a dart board, poker table, laser tag, board games, and a fireplace. Outside you will find a hammock, basketball hoop, volleyball and a cozy crib. Choose between a gas or charcoal grill for your cookouts, then enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars.

Take daily walks around the pond or explore it by paddle boat or canoe—a perfect way to connect with nature. Fishing is allowed -catch and release only please. Some of the wildlife you can expect to see are; geese, deer, muskrats, turtles, frogs, lots of birds and an occasional fox. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils and basic spices, making meal prep a breeze. For longer stays, guests will appreciate the washer and dryer in the basement and an extra fridge in the garage.

Guests who book a full week stay or a holiday weekend will receive complimentary use of our recreational equipment, including a paddle boat, kayaks, and a stand-up paddleboard (subject to availability).

We also have a variety of fun outdoor items available, such as lake floaties, a Slip 'N Slide, and other seasonal games and activities. Just let us know what you're interested in before your arrival, and we'll do our best to have everything ready for your stay.

We were a family of 16 consisting of parents, kids, and grandkids (6 ages 6,3,2,2,2, and 10 months). This property was perfect for our family and close to everything. The pond was great and the kids got to kayak and fish. There is a large group of geese, a family of raccoons, and the occasional deer that the grandkids enjoyed watching. The hosts went above and beyond putting out a kiddie pool and some water toys out for the Littles. The garage was a great set up for evening card games, while keeping the house quiet. The upstairs was a bit on the warm side and we were never able to get it cooled down, could have been just us and we never bothered to ask the hosts if there was something we could do. Lastly the raccoons🦝 are relentless in their efforts to get into the garbage outside, we made it our mission to our smart them . There is a beautiful corn crib turned into a fire pit area that unfortunately we didn't get the chance to enjoy. We would definitely recommend staying here!
