Such a great location in Mexico City Roma Norte, Hotel was beautiful, spacious and the staff was super kind and helpful. The amenities were great. We loved hanging out on the private rooftop and the door man. Would love to stay here again!

There were minor glitches with housekeeping and breakfast during our weeklong stay. Each time there was an apology and a correction made immediately. That level of responsive service is refreshing. We are grateful to the staff (especially Diana at the front desk) who helped us navigate through two days of cancelled flights.We will stay at Xoma every time we come to Mexico City! Thanks for accommodating all our needs so efficiently and cheerfully.

The hotel is in a great, safe area with plenty of restaurant options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a plus to have a restaurant in the same building that offers room service and free breakfast every morning. I will definitely go back again!

Excellent location and the aesthetics of the suite were top notch. There’s a huge bathtub in the master bathroom, highly recommend to bring your own bath salts. They offered transportation, which we used only upon arrival but it was pricey compared to Uber. The restaurant on the property had a delicious pizza and cheesecake the kids couldn’t get enough of, the cocktails were weak. I would skip the complimentary breakfast, hard pass.
