Great Hotel

Pros: Food, comfort and ease.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Only stayed overnight. Not sure what's available around the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic.
Arrived in the huge Mexico City airport. Found the Ramada booth easily. The lady called for our pickup which took only 15 minutes. She walked us out to the van. Bags were hefted by friendly attendants. Greeted in the lobby. Bags brought up to our spacious room King bed was comfy and cool. Delicious breakfast included with the reasonable price of the hotel. Included omelets, pancakes, and more on a buffet. Transportation free to the airport every 15 minutes 24 hours per day. What more could we ask?

Shuttle

Bad experience, we spend 45min waiting for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. A guy that was waiting with us call the hotel and nothing happened. Then some one told me to go inside of the airport and ask if the can send the shuttle. The lady was really rude and unprofessional. She was blaming us and she was mad!!! Then we wait another 15 min. It was 11pm when the shuttle arrived.it took two minutes to get to the hotel. The staff of the hotel are fine, I got some food of their restaurant and it was good, but we pay $100.00 just to sleep there 5 hours.

Good hotel but needs better staff

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
I've stayed at this hotel about 5 or 6 times, except for my last visit, everything was very good. Good staff, good rooms and it included free wi-fi and a breakfast buffet which was good. Note as I say they are GOOD, not excellent or outstanding. On my last visit, everything went south, the staff was very rude and the person who tried to check me in wanted to charge me more than what my reservation was made for. Once I showed him, he then tried to fix the problem with a free drink at the bar. (Note, I got in at a late flight) I went to my room, very small, not as other times, room smelled funky and to my surprise, the wi-fi was not working. Went to sleep..... Next morning, went to do what I was suppose to, breakfast was ok... When I got back, Wi-fi still was not working, so I went to the bar to claim that free drink. They did not honor that free drink since according to the front desk it was suppose to be used that day. Left the hotel very disappointed, I am thinking of maybe trying it out again but after last visit I am really doubting it.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. One problem.

Pros: Close restaurants, close to metro stop, super close to the airport
This Ramada is literally just a few hundred feet away from the Taxi stop at Mexico City airport. You could cross a walking bridge to get there. The staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are nice. I have stayed there 5 times. The last two times however, I was on on the 4th floor and could hear water pipe sounds all day and all night. It was hard to sleep through it. It was like a water tap being turned off and on, off and on every 10 seconds. Augh! Very tough. I wonder if it is something that can be resolved. I am going to try another hotel that's close to the airport next time.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, ono block from the airport
Very close to the Airport, nice rooms, nice bar with friendly staff. A little noise due to its location. The room was really nice, pretty clean, the price was really affordable and has an airport shuttle. Good deal!

Ramada

Pros: verry clean, modern, airport shuttle
Cons: breakfest doesnt start early enough
Very clean room and modern. The T.V. was a bit fidgety. It took about 15 minutes to figure out how to get the thing to turn on and once it was on sometimes changing the channel would turn it back off. The airport shuttle is very convenient. The breakfast however doesn't start till 7am and which many of the international flights leaving earlier in the day we could not wait till 7am to eat. They need to start serving breakfast a big earlier.

Comfortable hotel

Spotless, serene room where I had a much needed rest after a long, bumpy bus ride and before a long, full day flight. Bed was super comfortable, TV worked well and the bathroom was perfect - huge walk in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good shuttle to airport. Great restaurant with chicken soup to die for. I'd stay here again for sure.

Efficient service

We were happy to find this hotel by referral while in Mexico City because it was very close to airport, it was quiet, the rooms are nice and the service was extremely efficient and cordial! They offer free shuttles to and from the airport. A taxi station is located just across a side street from the hotel--convenient. We paid a bit more for our room than recent online specials I've seen but it was still worth it for its location and service, especially compared to other hotels. The hotel has on-site valet parking, a business center, safes and closet in the rooms, nicely-designed bathrooms, comfy beds, free wireless and other amenities we didn't get a chance to use. One interesting point is that the window in the room was frosted-glass, so you couldn't see out (or open it). But it was bright and seemed to fit the modern decor. The map on this website seems to show the hotel in the wrong location (?). It is actually very very close to the airport. A nice touch was that there was someone playing a piano in the lobby when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again, especially if we could book online and get an even lower rate.

Great place right next to Benito Juarez Airport

This hotel is a great, affordable option located right next to Benito Juarez International Airport. There is a complimentary shuttle, or you can walk using a crosswalk that goes over the street. This hotel has been recently remodeled. I did not have an opportunity to try their facilities, but the room was very clean and comfortable, with lots of room. I would definitely stay here again.
