Pésimo manejo de la plataforma, por parte de persona (en Perú) a cargo de mi reservación. Después de 15 horas de viaje, llegamos al lugar y la persona que nos recibió (desaliñado, con el escritorio lleno de morusas y pedazos de pan), muy parco para comunicar el mensaje de la peruana; pedía que volviera a pagar por algo que yo ya había pagado.Estuve en contacto con el anfitrión, y él ya me había compartido código del inmueble, de su departamento y del wifi, por eso me sorprendió mucho que pidieran mi pago otra vez.Mientras etabamos en recepción pasó un ratón. Esa fue la última señal para entender que no debíamos quedarnos ahi. Lo siento por el anfitrión, que siempre se portó muy amable.
