nice locations, convenient to most CDMX locations via quick uber rides, walkable to lot of restaurants in roma/condesa. rooms were clean, staff helpful. we were on the 2nd floor balcony room - a bit loud but not horrible. balcony only had 1 chair and it was dusty out there so we didn't really use. maybe would have if higher up floor.

Huge accommodation in a lovely area
Great location in a wonderful neighborhood. Huge and very comfortable room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only item I could possibly complain about is that there wasn't a sign on the building so I was unsure I was in the correct location and it would have been nice if there was access to a filtered ice machine.

The facility was great, beautifully designed with amenities including a gym and laundry room. The only thing holding this UTOPIC back was the lack of heat in the winter. When bringing this up to the front desk staff, they couldn't get their story straight about the heat being broken. We weren't given any timeline of when the heat would be fixed (mind you, the temperature would drop to under 10 Celsius at night). Fortunately we were provided with space heaters that largely did the trick, but there was never any follow-up about the heat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
