Our room had stains on the walls, sheets, A/C unit, and headboard. There was also one particular staff member that sleeps in the lobby who was pretty rude to our party. When we asked to have the room changed because of the cleanliness, we were told none were available and we were welcome to leave and get a refund. Come to find out there were 2 empty rooms in better condition that we were not offered.

Very noisy in the night by the restaurants and cars passing by. The bathroom was full of mold and dirty in areas like behind the door all dirt was accumulated. The elevator doesn't work. The staff not friendly at all. Good location though.

Roach was on curtain to patio, drain in shower was very slow and towel bar fell. Ac was very cold and comfortable. Sheets and bed kept tidy. Restroom very clean and was pretty.
