Staff refused to give us the 2 bed apartment we had booked and spilt my party into 2 studios instead, meaning we had to sleep in the kitchen area, rather than having a separate bedroom. I had a four-day battle with them to get it changed. Staff were deceiptful, and lied to me about other available options. Expedia were of no help either. The place is conveniently located for downtown and the roof terrace is nice. But if you don't get what you paid for and as the flats have dirty floors, are poorly ventilated, hot and noisy, and the electric trips out a lot - it's best to find somewhere else.

Tout s’est bien déroulé lors de notre séjour de huit jours. L’endroit est vitré donne sur une cour donc tranquille et tout neuf. C’est centrale dans la ville pour visiter tous les quartiers également. La seule contrainte que je pense que le propriétaire pourrait ajuster, simplement, est qu’il manque de moustiquaire dans les ouvertures, donc je pense que juste une moustiquaire dans la fenêtre Centrale serait un plus pour pouvoir garder la fenêtre ouverte, la nuit et ne pas avoir autant de moustiques, je me suis fait piquer toutes les nuits

The location of property is good ,easy to walk around in historic area, the apartment is big space and condition , the only problem is too noisy due to glass of windows are too thin to block sounds on the street which is heavy traffic in 24 hours ! The location was great as you had some legacy dorm the main streets but could walk to major areas nearby. There were also lots of local places to eat and people were very friendly. Staff was friendly and security was always on duty.

A few days before our stay, I had sent a message to the host if I would be able to leave my luggage in their lobby since my flight got there in the morning and check in was until 3pm and there was no rooms available the day before. They responded and said they could hold my luggage in the lobby with no issues until was check in time. When we arrived, the lobby denied this request. When I brought up this issue to my host, they said that they had never sent that and the conversation we had was not visible. It was honestly deceptive and an inconvenience for my family to have to walk around the city with all of our luggage. Another issue we had was that our microwave suddenly stopped working. I also brought this issue up to the host and they said they would send maintenance during the day. This issue was not resolved so we did not have a microwave for 2 days. The reception staff was friendly and respectful which was about the only good part of our stay. The rooms were a bit dirty when we had gotten there. Hair and dust was on the floor and the linen on the beds did not have a good smell. There is also no air conditioning only a plug in fan was provided. The rooftop pool was nice but not very warm. I would say this stay was very average, maybe even below considering that this establishment advertises themselves as a luxury.

The property seems to be very new. My studio was well appointed. It was clean and bright. I really loved the swimming pool and the garden on top of the building. The building is located in central Mexico next to wonderful attractions and parks. The neoghborhood is very noisy. One night they were repaving a portion of the road in front of the building at midnight! I don't expect this to be a recurrence, but noise would be something to consider. I am used to live in big cities, so it was not much of a problem for me. Everyone on staff was wonderful.
