I did not recived my room until 5:30 pm when I get there around 10:00 am and they told me the checkin was at 3:00 pm a got there around 4:40 and the room was not ready and I have to wait until 5:30pm to get my room

Great Location
Great location in the historical area. Good clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. All staff were very helpful. I recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Mexico City.

Overall found this hotel disappointing and frustrating. We stayed twice during our time in Mexico, checking in at 9pm and 6pm. Both times we were told our room wasn't ready. To not have the room ready at 9pm (6 hours after earliest check in time) was ridiculous and they gave us a room with 2 single beds rather than the king bed which we booked. The second time we arrived at 6pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. Again, this is unacceptable. The problem seems to be they haven't hired enough cleaning staff. Breakfast and location is very good but rooms are small with poor air con and showers. A shame this hotel didn't live up to expectations as we were expecting better.

Great location for sightseeing!
Location is perfect for sightseeing in Mexico City. Large, comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. We loved almost everything about the hotel, except that every day we received exactly one coffee pod for two people. Everyday we would have to go downstairs and ask for a second one so we each could have a cup of coffee. We also only ever received one hand towel and one facecloth, despite repeatedly requests for a second set. Sometimes we got 2 small bottles of water and sometimes just the one. Overall they’re small details but they add up. Staff are overall lovely and friendly though.

This property was extremely clean and staff was great during our 3 day stay. This property’s location is perfect for those wanting to experience CDMX life. It is just the right mix historical, cultural and “real” cdmx.
