I enjoyed staying at Laila hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. They clean the room for you everyday during your stay. It’s also in a good location. Restaurants and stores are in walking distance and the staff are friendly.

Staff worked hard to make me feel supported and welcomed. Checked in early though and had to pay a fee which I wasn’t too psyched about. I checked into another Mexico City hotel today early and there was no fee so was slightly disappointed with this. But the room was spotless clean, bed was 4/5 comfortable. The staff provided me with two bottles of water a day to drink/ use. Overall was a pleasant stay besides the one fee I had to pay.
