Kukun Property Think twice
A Kukun property. The location is decent, in Polanco. Arrival and check in was easy, althouh the secuirty guard was not too friendly that allowed us access, we were able to get in. After traveling of course the first thing needed is to shower, no towels in the whole apartment, 3 1/2 baths but no towels (after searching we found 1 along with trash in one of the many closets. We immediately reported and found out we wold not receive until 9AM the next day! We let them kow we needed to leave the apartment by 8AM. Towels did not arrive until 11AM! We also reported that there were no hangers, and they also provided. They also provided washcloths and floor mats which none were there either.
Master Bathroom trash can was not functional.
Communication was decent.
When requetsig an extended check out to 2-3pm they wanted to charge us $2500 pesos (about $150 USD), but they finally areed we could leave our luggage there with phtos that they were ready until 2pm When we arrived they had not cleaned yet so not sure why the instancance on charing us, but OK.
Overall I would be relectuant to renting anything again from Kukun.
