The room is clean and staff is friendly, but the soundproofing is poor, and the noise from outside the window and upstairs is very loud. I was wake up by the noise from upper floor everyday early morning around 4 am.

I was blown away at this lovey property, very pleasantly surprised Wow, is all i can say, this hotel is so wonderful, so quiet, they have spared no expense with everything. They have done such a great job with every little detail and the customer service is 5 STAR. We had a 16 hr layover and being we are not familiar with Mexico City, i clearly picked tbis hotel because of the Amazing reviews, we were not disappointed. Thank you so much!

Great atention and clean rooms! Loved the Jacuzzi!

I had a wonderful stay at Kali Escandón last week. The attention was perfect—the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. My room was very nice as well; I really loved the retro vibe, while still being functional and spotless. Everything felt just right and made my stay very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the Wi-Fi in the rooms, as it wasn’t as strong as I would have liked. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, not good for WFH

I have stated here couple of times now. Excellent service and attentiveness. Walking distance to Condesa and all the restaurants there. The room AC kept timing out for some reason one night, it was fixed. WiFi Internet is pretty shoddy. will not recommend for WFH, if it wasnt for the WiFi pretty much 5 star
