Location was excellent.However there are other issues that need to be addressed. The light in the master bedroom is flickering. We had water interruptions on the last night and did nit have water until the Saturday morning . We went to the airport without being able to shower or do routine care. It was disgusting as the toilet cannot be flushed. We called the number listed but it goes to voicemail. Honestly, we felt that the last night should be credited back to us.

This was a great place for 2 adult children and me. The staff is remote and were fine. The onsite person was nice and took care of us. Two learnings: 1) the on-demand hot water took some finagling to make it work to enable hot showers. 2) Check-out is way too early ...10:00. This was not good for our afternoon flight as we have to deal with luggage, laptops, etc. Nobody is consistently around the hotel to be able to "stash" our luggage safely so we could enjoy the morning in the neighborhood (which is fantastic). Extending the room for 2 hours started at 50 USD/hour which was a lot more than our nightly rate.

The communication with the host was slow. I paid way too much money for cleaning fees when nobody showed up no even once during our stay.. we didn't got cleaning towels every day no even upon request. How can hotel operate without this basic services. I love the location.. cute hotel .. but if you are charging extra for cleaning ( which i found it ridiculous) i would expect the basic hotel cleaning services. More so when the guest where my parents with parkinson disability.. and my siniors mother n aunt. With also mention that the bedrooms where leaking over the bed and after they called for assistance nobody showed up to fixe it. How is this possible???!! I need not just my cleaning fee back but also a real compensation.. i have pictures and WhatsApp text communications. As evidence .

La ubicación está excelente. Hay acceso a estacionamiento pero es con cargo adicional. Se debería mencionar en la página. Hace falta un poco de control con los vecinos. El último día de nuestra estancia llegaron vecinos bien ambientados a las 3 am a seguirle. Solo pude dormir con audifonos.

Muy bueno, pero espacio limitado.

Tomen en cuenta que aun cuando se llama Hotel, esperamos una recepción, personal de limpieza y ciertas otras cosas, aqui es entrada autonoma y nadie registra tu check in ni check out, no es malo ni negativo pero te crea una falsa realidad. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de principales lugares de CDMX, el lugar está muy limpio y bien mantenido. El loft que nos tocó es un mono ambiente con una genialidad de distribución pero muy pequeño, la cama principal es como una gaveta (muy genial) pero al sacarla uno tiene que mover una mesa que sirve de centro y el unico lugar donde ponerla es justo frente a la puerta de entrada, por lo que bloquea el acceso. La segunda cama es una individual que queda en el techo con acceso a través de una escalera, esa cama resulta limitante si la persona que la va a usar es un adulto mayor o si es un niño muy pequeño, si eres muy alto tampoco es recomendable porque te darias con el techo. Si colocas la escalera tambien limitas el acceso a la puerta principal por lo que si ocurre alguna emergencia estas bloqueando el acceso a la salida. El loft esta muy bien equipado, la cocina, utensilios, toallas, refri pequeño y todo para la estancia. El otro punto es que si bien esta excelentemente ubicado, la habitacion da justo a la calle, por lo que los ruidos del exterior se escuchan en vivo dentro de la habitación. Para ir en pareja en corta estancia esta recomendable.

Hay un edifico en construcción justo al lado de esta propiedad. Así que el ruido de construcción empieza a las 6:55 am.. y no puedes ni hacer llamadas dentro del departamento por el ruido. Durante mi estancia - hubo algún bar (o fiesta?) con música y gente gritando hasta 3am. Cancele mi estancia aquí; antes de lo estimado.

No me gustó, al llegar me di cuenta que no era tan amplio como parecía en las fotos, sin embargo, fuera del tamaño, las condiciones no eran adecuadas: el sanitario de la recámara principal tenía una fuga, del baño de la sala también estaba mojado el piso. Una luz de la recámara principal parpadeaba constantemente y molestaba mucho encender esa luz y prenden juntas las dos luces de esa recámara, la funda de la almohada de la recámara secundaria tenía un hoyo (mal aspecto), de las 4 sillas del comedor 2 estaban rotas (al sentarte quedaban inclinadas), otra estaba muy sucia la tela y el aspecto era malo y no daban ganas de sentarse en ella, la cuarta no la usé ni la revisé. La toalla café de salida de baño tenía varias manchas muy visibles como de cloro, la verdad muy mal aspecto de la toalla. El calentador de paso del agua caliente hacía mucho ruido cada vez que alguien usa alguna llave en algún baño. El departamento lo renté para 5 y la capacidad anunciada es de 6 huéspedes, sin embargo, solo hay 1 cama king y dos individuales, no hay donde más dormir y si así fuera que el sofá de la sala se puede usar, no había ropa de cama para el sofá. El comedor era de 4 sillas solamente, ¿cómo sentarías a 6 en ese lugar? Definitivamente desilusionado en insatisfecho que esa primera noche me fui de ahí y me quedé en el City Express Reforma El Ángel, mucho mejor.
