Horrible experiencia - me he quedado antes en este hotel y todo había sido una experiencia muy amena, pero esta vez fue un asco de servicio. 1. El wifi no funcionaba correctamente 2. La persona que atiende el garage se enojó porque lo "despertamos" para abrirnos y poder estacionar el coche 3. No nos dejaron toallas después de la limpieza del cuarto y recepción en vez de ayudar con el tema nos cuestionó e indirectamente sugirió que tal vez solo estábamos pidiendo más toallas para tomarlas a casa 4. Se las políticas de no visitas y leí el documento a firmar al registro pero la persona que se iba a hospedar conmigo tuvo un imprevisto y no pudo acudir y en su lugar otro amigo me acompañó - el nombre de la primera persona que vendría figuraba en el check in pero como ya no llegó le comento a recepción que mi amigo tomaría su lugar - recepción me dijo que eso no era posible y que tenía que pagar $500 y nuevamente me dio a entender que tal vez la persona si estaba en el cuarto y que lo estábamos ocultando - el botones quien había llevado las toallas ya había visto que lo había nadie en la habitación y que estaba solo desde el inicio, nuevamente para que sugerir o dar comentarios tan tontos - al final pagué los $500 pero si vi que la persona de recepción los metió a su bolsa Al final un buen hotel, excelente ubicación pero un staff que se cree con más autoridad de la que es y eso genera prepotencia y mal servicio
