An historic property in a great location, but unfortunately it has become quite tired and ragged. I first stayed here in 2001 and it looks like nothing has changed or improved since. Nice lobby and common areas and my room was clean. But check in was slow and their processes are antiquated. Not a bad mid tier option for the area, but an aging property relying on past splendor.

Great place to enjoy Mexican colonial style. Food is very good and rooms comfortable. Many restaurants, mall and El Angel are in walking distance. Our first stay was in 1977, definitely we will stay again. We thank the staff for 5 stars service.

It is accessible, a good place to go for a walk, the hotel itself is not very good, dirty carpets, and the cleaning of the room is bad. In my case, there were hairs from previous guests in the bed.
