After our last experience, I'll have to rethink my go-to stay at H. Century Reforma. The price was good and the room was clean, but not quite fully stocked (no glasses or wash cloths). Our 6 AM wake-up call never came, and I had to remind the front desk to get us a 6:30 taxi to the airport. Worst of all, the reception staff was rude, possibly homophobic. This final one is unacceptable in the hospitality sector.

Very Clean. Perfect location. Very accomodating with excellent staff and service that greet you at your car and immediately carry your luggage up for you. My things were safe. The pool is very nice and the view from the roof is amazing! Best price to quality ratio in the La Roma Norte/ La Condesa area

Clean room. Very friendly staff. The bar and restaurant excelent. Great location. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Is near a poloce station so you hear the sirens all night long, not very loud, but if you have a very soft sleep you will need ear pligs or soft "white noise music" that is what I did and it worked!

The staff was very friendly. Jose Luis , the doorman recommended the food at the restaurant and make me aware that the hotel can help with the booking of tours and transportation to the airport. The room was very clean and cleaning staff always left an inspirational card and candy. The hotel provides guests with two complementary bottles of water daily. The hotel is very conveniently located in a safe area and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance.
