My family of 7 stayed here for a week (10/27 - 11/3) celebrating 2 birthdays. Between 7 people we had 4 rooms. Overall, the rooms are clean. However the service from the staff made it uncomfortable to stay here. I would not recommend staying here.

To be fair, we had 2 rooms one was ok, the other one was not, it smelled really bad sewage like, after I complained the hotel did stuff to try to mitigate the smell but it took a few hours to try to get it out and during that time we had to keep the door open, they could not switch us to another room because they were full. Staff should had handled the smell issue before giving us the room, it shows they did not care, I have stayed at other HS hottson hotels in Leon and Queretaro and those are not only very nice properties but also very clean. Staff is ok, food is ok. I would skip this hotel unless you get a really good deal. Never coming back to this one.
