Absolutely awful and disgusting

This place is an absolute dive. Stayed in a single room. It was 34 degrees in the day. The room has no AC, no fan and no opening window. The bunk bed you sleep on is almost at the ceiling which means you are literally in the hottest spot in the room. On top of this the place is infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the room. Very poorly kept bathrooms. Even basic facilities like mirrors in the bathrooms are missing. I’m so glad I only booked one night. Got out of there as soon as I could. The reception staff being nice was the only positive. It’s cheap but it’s really not worth paying that price if you can’t actually sleep!

Cobro indebido en reserva que no hice

La app me cobro y me marco por el.hostal, siendo que yo estaba reservando para el MX cerca de la TAPO (que es donde me quede, haciendo pago en el hotel) Llamé al Hotel para comentar el error y me dijeron que ellos no tenian inconveniente 3n hacer devolución; sin embargo debía solicitarlo mediante la app; lo cual no ha sido posible porque no hay número de atencion a clientes ni tampoco dan respuesta en el chat

La verdad no la recomiendo ya que desde que la reserve en línea todo empezo mal se llamo y nunca contestaron luego lleguemos al lugar y no aparecía la reservación y se tardaron en darnos la habitacion luego no hay toallas en las recámaras solo.cuentan con un conector, su ventanas les entra mucha luz , demasiado ruido , luego en la habitación que nos dieron nosé pero entraron hormigas por lo mismo del jardín que tienen en fin una mala experiencia no se los recomiendo lo siento.

Pésima estancia, quizás de las peores en las que he estado. En la habitación privada que renté hay un mini frigobar, que hace ruidos fuertes intermitentemente, similar a un perro mordiendo un hueso, no hay cortina en la ventana, así que la luz entra de lleno y no permite el descanso. Lo peor de todo que hay demasiado ruido, gente gritona que aparte de huéspedes extranjeros que hablan muy fuerte, tosen como tipo bronquitis, o COVID, un par de personas que al parecer son de recepción también gritaban para comunicarse todo el tiempo desde temprano en la mañana y cuando les pedí que bajaran la voz, se molestaron y pasaban haciendo me bullying, gritando frente a mi puerta a cada rato, todo esto ocurrió varias horas, y yo estaba sintiéndome cansada, ya que debido a todo ésto, no logré dormir ni 1 hora en toda la noche. Huele a humo de cigarro tanto el pasillo como el baño compartido. No hay respeto por los viajeros que buscamos descansar. Y comenté esto en el chat de ayuda y Expedía solo de deslindó.
