This apartment style hotel is great and is in an awesome part of town! It’s very quiet and there is hardly any noise at night which is great because the city is so noisy. The receptionist and guard are super helpful and keep you feeling very secure. The cleaning team was great and helped when needed! It’s located close to so many restaurants and the giant park is also walking distance. We would definitely recommend for a stay. There is no lobby bar or restaurants in the place so if you want the “resort” vibe this is not that. It’s boutique and private nestled in Polanco. Also, CDMX IS AMAZING!!!! Salud! We had a great experience here and will definitely like to come back. Walking distance to many restaurants in Polanco. There are 2 convenience stores right across the street. Very safe and clean facility. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was awesome! Cant wait to come back

There’s a “pending” charge on my credit card—supposedly held for damages or incidentals, which they promised would be refunded. However, it’s been over 20 days and the charge is still there. If they forgot to release it, that’s one thing. But when I called to ask about it, they slammed the phone down on me. No apology, no explanation—just flat-out rude. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how they treat their customers.

Great place to stay!! The place is perfect, the rooms are big and very comfortable. what I liked the most is that the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the surrondings are nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Mexico.
