I flew to Mexico and the owner never answered his phone or any messages on how to get into the property. I called VrBO and they were unable to help. I had to use a different company to find a place to stay for the week. I need a full refund and future credit.

DON’T EVER BOOK THIS PLACE, HOST WILL SCREW YOU

I can’t rate the property because I never got to stay in it. The host never got back to me with check-in instructions and the day of check-in he didn’t respond to any of my messages. Apparently he double booked the place and didn’t let anybody know. I called him when I arrived in MX city and I’m positive he picked up but pretended it was a wrong number. VRBO insisted that if I wanted a full refund that I needed to wait until check-in time before claiming that I was stranded. The “host” made us waste precious time dealing with VRBO on the phone and finding another place.
