We traveled as a family and looked forward to our stay here. The suite we stayed in was ok but the sofa bed was too small. One of the legs came off in the middle of the night, reported it three times & never went to fix it. During breakfast in 6th floor there were always plates & cups missing. Overall, it was ok but feel there could be improvement.

I totally loved the suite, it was roomy, spacious and with a very equipped kitchen. But beware as there is no laundry or washing machine so kind of complicated if you have a long stay. It was perfect for a family/long business trip!

Very modern and nice hotel. The room was really spacious and had everything we needed although the stand for the ironing board was broken in the bathroom. Staff asked us when we wanted to check out and they were very helpful at all times ñ.

This was absolutely the best stay I have had at a hotel for this pricing. The accommodations were well above my expectation and the service and friendliness of the staff made for a great experience. Good basic hotel - but close to major businesses in Santa Fe. Rooms are small but clean - not much in the way for amenities. It is perfect for a quick business trip.

Decent hotel, though not high quality during construction. The hotel is fairly new but has a lot of kinks with hardware (doors, business center, etc.) and very slow internet connection
