We arrived before check-in time and while pur room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage until check-in time. The room was clean but small. The continental breakfast was fine, nothing outrageous. Coffee machine available as well as hot water. Seating area and hotel was clean. Walking distance to the Basilica de Guadalupe.

We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned. The breakfast was optional and it is a 2 mile walk to the Basilica. They do offer a shuttle to the Basilica but not back.
