I booked a room for 2 adults. What i observed is its technically a bathroom, attached with a sleeping pod /crawl space to sleep. You cannot stand in it. If you are spending most of the time outside, it might be a better place to come crash at the end of the day. If you need to work, there is no table to set your laptop. There is a room , a kid of hallway where you have couch, but its not for everyone. Certainly not for me. Room service is good. Bar and breakfat are nice. May be i am outdated for this kid of modern living places. your milage may very.

I stayed at the Cadillac Hotel Boutique and it really is a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing, the food and restaurants were excellent, and overall we enjoyed our time there. We especially loved the jacuzzi and the terrace upstairs — having coffee there in the morning or relaxing in the jacuzzi was one of the highlights of our stay and the main reason we chose this hotel. That being said, there are a few things that I think could really make this place even better: 1. The beds – They were very stiff and not very comfortable. 2. The water system – The shower knobs look nice, but it’s hard to control the temperature, and the sinks wasted a lot of water, sometimes running all night. 3. No AC – There’s only a fan, and opening the windows lets mosquitoes in. A portable or ceiling unit would make a big difference. 4. The location it’s not the best for younger couples who want to walk around and explore the city. For that, Roma is a better spot. Overall, the Cadillac Hotel Boutique is a beautiful hotel with great service and some really special features, but with a few simple improvements it could go from good to fantastic.

Pésimo lugar - disappointing place

La experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad: no hay piscina, y la imagen de portada muestra un cuarto especial que no está disponible. El "desayuno incluido" consiste únicamente en un pequeño plato de fruta y un jugo; todo lo demás se cobra aparte. Muchas áreas comunes no estaban disponibles y el ascensor no funcionaba. El cuarto tenía múltiples fallas: la ducha goteaba constantemente y causaba mal olor a humedad, las perillas del lavamanos y la ducha estaban dañadas y hacían ruido continuo, el sanitario estaba roto, y el baño se inundaba, lo que lo hacía peligroso. La televisión no funcionaba correctamente: solo accedíamos a Disney, pero daba error por "muchos dispositivos conectados", así que no podíamos ver nada. Una de las camas estaba en una parte alta, accesible solo por una escalera inestable, lo cual es muy poco práctico y peligroso, especialmente de noche. La iluminación estaba improvisada con cinta eléctrica y no había privacidad suficiente; desde afuera se podía ver el interior del baño y del cuarto. Me sentí incómodo durante toda la estancia, temiendo que me cobraran por daños preexistentes. Además, querían cobrar $800 MXN por transporte desde el aeropuerto, cuando Uber solo cuesta entre $130 y $170 MXN. Reservé una habitación para dos personas, con piscina y desayuno, pero lo que recibí fue un espacio mal mantenido y lleno de problemas. No lo recomiendo. The experience was very disappointing.
