Positives: Clean room and friendly staff Cons: Hard bed, no AC, and hard to control shower faucet. We booked a King bed room. Once we checked in our room was still being cleaned. We had a good experience. Good location too about 10 minutes from el zocalo. However it was hot in the room and there is no ac. The hospital provided a fan which was nice but would if you tend to get hot easily this might not be the place. The breakfast was also very simple. Fruit and coffee or tea. Would’ve been nice if it included a little more. Staff was available 24/7 and super helpful

We loved our experience there. The staff was very nice. The only downside was the bed was super hard. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning, but we didn’t feel like it was a problem because our room never got too hot. Liked that they closed the gate at night and would be ready to open as soon as you arrived. Would stay here again!
