My room was very large, clean and comfortable with an excellent bed and bedding. Housekeeping was slightly inconsistent and the design of the required climbing some stairs (the bellman was available to assist). It’s very well located near Roma Norte which was my favourite area. Breakfast is included and it was OK, not delicious but not bad. Their coffee is acidic and bitter. They have a great gym for a hotel and a steam room which was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. I would very likely stay here again. During my stay (December 2025) the street was being repaired so the sidewalks were torn up but sidewalks in CDMX are a bit of a nightmare anyway. Get a room in the back of the hotel. My suite was very quiet but a balcony room would be very noisy as there are nightclubs across the street.

Clean room, good to have a gym, and breakfast included. This is a perfectly nice hotel. Could have been improved by quicke service at breakfast - the servers were always run off their feet. Also, not at all the hotel’s fault, but the road outside was being dug up which was noisy and super dusty.

The staff went completely above and beyond for my stay. My only concern was that the initial room I was in was loud at night but I was able to switch and had no problems after that. Additionally, early on in my stay I got sick and the staff was extremely helpful in making sure I was comfortable while I was dealing with this. It made all the difference how friendly and accommodating the staff was and I was very thankful I booked this hotel. I actually had to extend my stay due to the sickness and was very happy this was where I ended up.

Property is awesome. Customer service excellent! The team at front desk helped us with photocopies needed and they went out of their way. Room is quiet and super confortable, equipped with kitchen, breakfast table and sofa. Bed and sheets Walter clean and felt soft. Please be aware of stairs if you’re on a wheelchair, thi might not be the best choice.

The staff are kind especially the night shift guys. There was a younger one and an older one. Hotel room was clean. I would recommend 100%. The area has a lot of night life & noisy but I was in the 6th floor and I didn’t hear anything.

The staff here is excellent and the room is beautiful too. Unfortunately, unbeknown to us the street is a major club scene and the music and fireworks went on until 6 am. After complaining the second night the staff gave us a white noise machine which didn’t help much. So we had very little sleep the days we were here. I wish I could recommend this hotel but can’t because you will get no to very little sleep.

Our stay here was amazing, the staff is super sweet and help you with all your needs. The hotel itself is really nice and is well maintained no complaints except that the street on where it is located is near many clubs and bars so it is pretty noisy at night even sometimes leading to morning hours.
