The Space:
This entire two-unit rental sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and four bathrooms in the heart of Roma Norte, one of Mexico City's most walkable and culturally rich neighborhoods. You'll have two full apartments (Unit 402 on the third floor and Unit 502 on the fourth floor) all to yourselves, each spanning 130 square meters with its own kitchen, living area, and dining space. Perfect for large groups who want room to spread out while staying steps from Parque México, world-class dining, and the city's best nightlife.
Bedrooms Bathrooms
Each unit offers three bedrooms arranged identically:
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed
- Bedroom 2: two double beds
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
All bedrooms feature room-darkening shades so you can sleep in after a late night exploring the neighborhood. With four full bathrooms across both units, morning routines stay smooth even with a full house.
Living Dining Kitchen
Both living areas are bright and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and curated art on the walls—ideal for gathering after a day out or simply enjoying your morning coffee with city skyline views. Each kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare anything from breakfast to a group feast, complete with a coffee maker and blender. The dining tables seat eight comfortably, so everyone can sit down together.
Good To Know
Each unit includes a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and refresh your wardrobe anytime. The third-floor unit has two dedicated workspaces if you need to catch up on email. A water filtration system beside each kitchen sink provides clean drinking water throughout your stay. The building has an elevator and a private entrance with a smart lock for easy self-check-in. Paid parking is available off-premises. Pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional fee. A crib is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The neighborhood also embraces green spaces like the iconic Parque México, perfect for leisurely strolls. Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- There is a water filtration system located beside the kitchen sink, which makes it easy to access clean drinking water.
- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM.
- If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine.
Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.
