I didnt like too much the shower area. It seems old and the tile grout keep coming off it.looks like was dirty I like staying at this hotel, quick checking inn and out, staff pretty friendly, helpful, resourceful, always asking the right questions to make me feel comfortable.

In the winter time, the front staff need to inform guests which rooms have heat. Our room on the 2nd floor didn’t have heat. The front desk offered to move us or provide a small space heater. We moved to another room that had heat. It would have been nice to know what options were available.

What I didn’t like was that they upgraded me to a cabana room. It was okay but if I had known about being next to wedding party guests, if would have politely asked for a different room. As it was, I had to call the front desk to complain about the noise as I was trying to sleep. Credits go out to the front desk and security to enforce the noise complaint. About 5 minutes later, the noise was gone. I was able to get some sleep.

Room was freezing no heat so be prepared

I’ve stayed at this place before and never had issues that’s why we decided to book again but our guest and ourselves were freezing we called front desk and they said they were going to send someone to fix the heat but no one ever came my wife got sick and is still trying to get better not sure what went wrong this time not sure if we will be staying there again.
