The hotel is good, our room was nice and clean. The staff was ok not very friendly the women that did my check in. We had to wear a bracelet to have access to the swimming pool but swimming pool was full of people and none of them had bracelets. There’s no control at the swimming no one followed the rules

I had an excellent stay at Araiza Hotel in Mexicali. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s rest. The amenities were top-notch — the pool and gym were well-kept, and the restaurant had delicious food with a wide variety of options, both local and international. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet, which was fresh and well-prepared every morning. The hotel also has a convenient location, close to restaurants, shopping, and the city center, making it easy to get around. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this place really checks all the boxes. Araiza is our go to hotel in Mexicali we have never had any issues prior to our recent stay. This last time we went we booked through expedia.our room was very dirty and the shower was not draining so it would collect someone eventually came to fix late at night.
