Llevo años hospedando en hotel Araiza pero hoy fue una experiencia un poco desagradable debido que las colchas estaban en muy mal estado. La habitación era la básica con cama doble pero deja mucho que desear ya que me eh hospedado en las otras habitaciones como suites y son mucho mejor pero esta a pesar de ser una tarifa alta pero a su vez “económica” para el hotel es un poco desagradable saber que las cobijas no son agradables, tampoco la cama, mucho menos las sabanas. Espero lo tomen en cuenta al realizar la limpieza y renovar la ropa de cama cada tiempo para que no se vean tan mal.

I stayed at the hotel on Dec. 6th. It was my first time staying at this hotel. I wasn't impressed at all. The room seemed very dated, the linens had a strange smell. I had to put cologne on the pillowcases. The shower head was awful; I couldn't adjust the stream. Overall, I just wasn't impressed with the hotel. In the description it said it was a Luxury hotel, it was far from it.
