This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron.
The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. Check-in instructions were sent to me via whatsup, which I don't use, so I had to call the number in my email confirmation because there was no one on-site.
There were no toiletries in our unit on arrival, and since it was a Sunday, we couldn't just go to the store to purchase some. When I ran into the owner the next day and asked about this, she informed me that this is not a hotel and toiletries are not provided. Check-out instructions required that we take out the trash to the basement. When paying the equivalentof a hotel, I expect at least a modicum of service.
