Unknown to the property owner, there were several major upkeep issues that resulted in water leaks. But the overall stay was great. Olivia offered a full refund for second day, so I honestly believe she sought to do the right thing. Can't fix something unless you know about it. Quick stay before cruising

We had a nine hour drive ahead of us before crushing out of Port Canaveral. This place allowed the to drive down the night before and rest up before boarding the ship. It was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Communication with Olivia was quick and easy. The location is close to the port and cocoa beach. We even got to see a rocket launch!
