It was clean, comfortable. After a 17 hr drive on day before Thanksgiving, we were grateful for the fruit since everything was closed when we got on. The hot tub was a very welcomed sight.

Cocoa beach vacation

Property was beautiful, only complaints were the code didn’t work, and the air wasn’t working, we had to buy fans and leave them, but they did get the repair guys there quickly. I would definitely stay again though.

This was the absolute best!!! Super clean! Super cute and comfy! Close to everything! We loved the hot tub and the screened patio. It was a short drive to Coconuts on the beach and all the fun activities! We enjoyed ourselves so much and highly recommend. Check in was easy, the host was amazing, can’t say enough great things. Thank you Arch for a great house! We will be back!

Perfect for our family of 5!

This house was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The game/bunk room was fun for my 9 year old boy and my teen girls loved the hot tub! We really enjoyed that there was a magnetic dart board near the kitchen and my son and I had a blast playing the ring toss game in the enclosed porch. Ever detail has been thought of in this house!

Beautiful and Clean Property

Our stay was so wonderful! We were able to be close by the beach and nearby stores. This was important since we were traveling with our you g child. This property truly catered to our child, with a high chair and toys! The game room was a great addition, I could see a family with older children enjoy this more. The property was clean and had a great kitchen area. The backyard was wonderful too. The hot tub was truly excellent, the property manager assured me it is clean and managed to be cleaned after every stay.

We have never been in such an amazing rental. The attention to detail is exceptional. Every possible need has been thought of. 3 bedrooms with private bathroom for each. Beds are heavenly comfortable. Hot tub that relaxes your stress away. Tub is cleaned and serviced twice weekly. Bicycles and a baby stroller. Complete beach parafernalia. Completely stocked kitchen. Full laundry facilities. Just can’t say enough. Would stay here always. PS: Fishing Charter aboard the Dirty Dollar is a great day out in the Atlantic!!!

No place like home!

We came to town for a wedding and needed a place to stay and also have some family time. This location was perfect as it was close to whatever it was that we needed from grocery stores to nail salons. When we came through the door after a long journey there we opened the door and were stunned at how beautiful and a perfect space it was for a getaway. The location felt just like home we were immediately comfortable and we had enough room to add guests if needed such as our niece’s. I would recommend this place to anyone for its location, cleanliness, and home away from home vibe.

Hampton Getaway house was more than we could have asked for! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for our family vacation! The location is perfect! It’s close to Cape Canaveral, Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, and so much more. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, including a detailed book full of helpful information. They really have the gift of hospitality! We highly recommend this home away from home for your next vacay!

This house is perfect! It has everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. All you need to pack is your clothes! It is so close to everything and there are plenty of places with beach access! Go early and claim your spot! We will definitely be back!

Couldn’t have been better!! Beyond amazing!

Y’all!!! We felt like royalty!! This place was decked to the nines but with such a homey beach cottage feel. So lovely & comfortable! They made this place for you to not even actually have to leave if you didn’t want lol. It was so nice my kids would beg to stay & not even leave for our beach day. We drove up & down the beach really enjoying different beaches. We usually find a place right on the beach & then never leave the beach. Since we were about 8 or 10 minutes away from cocoa we decided to drive more just for fun. We found such beautiful beaches! All the way up North was Jeddy Park which is right next to the cruise ships so cool to watch. Then we went all the way down south & found a beach Pineda beach! We just loved the beaches. Pineda had more shells than I’ve ever seen our kids got buckets & there’s plenty left. We even found sea glass so cool! We just had the best time! You will find your stay so very comfortable between ALL the beach toys & toys at the house for kiddos even an Xbox our kids were just in heaven! Our kids said more than once this was their favorite vacay ever.
