The complex itself has 30 fully self contained 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The complex boasts a full sized tennis court, an indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and an outdoor pool. The complex also has a large, covered, BBQ area, a child's playground and plenty of outdoor seating.

Directly opposite Merimbula's Lake, Aquarius is sandwiched between Merimbula's Main Beach, Mitchies Jetty and the centre of Merimbula - which is a flat 3 minute walk across the bridge.

Overall
Just a few things I noticed that the curtains were ripped in lounge area and one bedroom which was very noticeable and found a few clothes left from other people left in draws underwear and jacket which I disposed of but other than that overall good

Excellent location and facilities
Excellent place to take teenagers. Pool and tennis court facilities were great particularly for cooler days. The Unit was very clean and tidy and well maintained. It had everything we need for a mini break. The only negative I’d have to say is the Queen bed. It’s extremely hard and uncomfortable, even after we went and purchased a pillow topper at the local Shops !! My husband resorted to sleeping on the couch. Other than that, a great little Unit for families on a break away.

excellent property
Everything was great, location facilities, except the queen bed. It has seen better days. Both my partner and myself woke up with a sore back each morning. Quick fix might be a mattress topper. Doesn't cost much to replace a queen bed. Also for a first timer, a better explanation of where to find the key, would have saved me a phone call to the manager and feeling silly for not knowing. Also where to leave the key on departure, as there was no mention of that in the instruction book. Other than that I would love to come again.

Great Accommodation
Fantastic 3 bedroom unit. Good location and very comfortable. New bathrooms and comfortable lounge made this a great place for our recent stay. We hope to be back next year
