We welcome our guests to this large property, consisting of two connected, 4 stories twin villas, sharing the swiming-pool in the backyard and the common Rooftop on the 4th floor. They are called Las Gemelas 1 and 2 and can be easily found on the main street number 19.

Having a total of 6 bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom, and 2 guests toilets, the space is the perfect fit for large groups, or families, looking to spend quality time together, while enjoying the ocean views from most of the bedrooms. The location is also convenient, one block from the public beach of Chicxulub Puerto, on the main street connecting Progreso and Chicxulub, close to shops, restaurants and access to the public transportation.
The two villas are connected by a common wall which also divides the 2 parking areas of each one, however, they are identical in design and amenities.

Each villa has on the groundfloor: the living room, the seating and dinning area, the large kitchen with a kitchen bar and a doorway to the pool. There is only 1 smart TV Set connected to the high speed internet.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each one with its en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

On the third floor there is the third bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and ocean views from its large terrace.
Also on the third floor, there is the access door to the fourth floor, where the guests may enjoy spectacular ocean views.

Note: We'd like to inform you that one of the rooms on the third floor is not equipped with air conditioning; it only has a ceiling fan
