The condominium was built around the tropical, lush vegetation, preserving as much as they could. It offers generous common areas that include: a large swimming-pool on the ground-floor, with shaded lounging area, an amazing rooftop with the most breathtaking views and sunsets, and another picnic area on the ground-floor.
The unit #106B is located on the ground floor of Tower B. The unit has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a nice terrace for dinners or breakfasts al Fresco. The unit has 1 TV Set with local TV channels and stable internet speed.
The bedroom has a King Size bed, full blackouts, and lots of natural light when needed.
The bathroom is large and comfortable and generally speaking the unit is equipped with all the amenities that will make you feel at home in this piece of hidden Paradise.
The Rooftop Garden is absolutely amazing, being fully furnished and equipped with a toilet and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a cocktail or a cold beer, while admiring the lovely sea view.
One step outside the main gate, you will see the Ocean just one block away, and follow the sandy path to the white sandy beach.
***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules***
