Es un lugar nuevo se ve que apenas va iniciando pero va por buen camino. El hotel está Super accesible en costos. Igual queda enfrente del mar prácticamente ya que bajas caminas media cuadra y estás en el malecón enfrente hay un Oxxo abajo. Hay un restaurant cantina en el cual puedes ir a divertirte ya que es el único centro nocturno en Progreso el personal, muy atento

Estuve en un tercer piso y aún así abajo tienen una disco,el ruido era excesivo pedimos nos apoyaran en recepción y la sra estaba dormida,después en la madrugada comenzaron a poner música a nivel alto y gritas,cantar,etc, baje a pedir apoyo nuevamente y la sra nuevamente en el sillón viejo de la recepción estaba dormida, no dormimos esa noche y tuve que irme a las 7.40am ya que hasta esa hora se callaron los del cuarto de alado, dos o ocasiones me expuse pus fuiatocatles a sus cuartos y callarlos, y una ocasión más los vi de frente y les dije que mi hija estaba mal y no habíamos dormido y me contestaron mal, todo esto yo no tenía porque hacerlo y exponerme,pero no hay quien responda por los clientes

Se ve que lo están terminando de hacer, cuartos nuevos y amplios. El cuarto que me tocó tenía un balcón con vista al mar muy bonito la atención del personal espléndida, 10/10 precio/calidad Como sugerencia tener un pequeño clóset y secador de cabello

Sin contar las instalaciones en pésimo estado, el ruido excesivo del bar en planta baja, y la suciedad del lugar. Me hicieron un cobro mediante clip digital (por un link) bajo el pretexto de que "la persona no sabe usar la terminal". Al día siguiente, veo que utilizaron los datos de mi tarjeta para solicitar UBER. Al checarlo con mi banco y con UBER, arroja el nombre de un empleado del hotel. Hay fraude a todas luces. Cuidado.
