Overall, hotel was nice. A little far from Parque Central & souvenir store shops. About a 20 min walk or a cheap uber( $5 or less). Parking garage in the basement. You get a new parling ticket everytime u leave and it needs to be stamped by the front desk. Great delicious breakfast (separate cost).

Hotel is very over priced Rent it a suit very old also the air conditioning intake is in the bathroom so if you are in the bathroom all the air will get suck to the living room thru the vent terrible

I've stayed at the Fiesta Americana multiple times. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and many are bilingual, which is helpful. The location is great. I would recommend the Fiesta Americana to anyone visiting Merida.
