The property is now thing short of spectacular. The condo/resort complex itself is new and somewhat under development. That said, this particular room gives you everything you need for your stay, and a perfect staging area for anywhere in the greater Progreso area (Chelem, Chaburna, Chicxulub, etc.) For the short time we were here, this stay was well worth the price.
