The owner of the apartment made a very large investment in the apartment in 2024. The entire floor in the entire apartment was replaced in favor of a large and unique floor. The large 120x120 embossments were able to give the apartment a unique atmosphere.

On all the walls of the apartment (except the main room) the owner of the apartment invested in rare pictures of Images of wisdom quotes and street art and thus the apartment became a gallery of wisdom quotes and street Art like Banksy . Apartment with a spectacular view on the balcony. And for those that might be a little too much for them, the owner of the apartment decided not to touch the walls of the main room and left them white and empty. In all other parts of the apartment including the balcony and including the showers when you look at the walls you will see a magnificent gallery of wisdom quotes from all times.
