Wonderful non-detached house located in a very quiet and exclusive residential area 100 meters far from the sea and 200 meters far from the center of the town of Fornells.
The house has a nice front patio with outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture and another back patio also equipped with outdoor furniture. The patios allow you to enjoy life outdoors being able to choose areas in the sun or in the shade throughout the day.
On the ground floor is the living room, fully equipped kitchen and a single bedroom with bathroom.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite). The master bedroom has a terrace with beautiful views over the village.
The master bedroom has air conditioning.
This chalet is furnished, equipped and decorated with high quality elements.
