Beschwerde

Leider muss ich mich über die Unterbringung in der " Residenz Hubertus " beschweren. Zunächst einmal haben wir die gebuchte Wohnung nicht in dem Zustand vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren, verschmutzt und in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Küchenblock verdreckt und verfettet, die Dunstabzugshaube und Licht defekt. Die Spülarmatur wackelig, ein dreckiger, kaputter Abfallbehälter. Polster auf Stuhl und Bank mit Flecken. Schränke mit fehlenden Rückwänden. Alle Fenster und Tür zum Balkon ließen sich nur schwer, bis gar nicht öffnen. Im Küchenschrank gab es 4 Suppenteller und 4 Tassen, eine Pfanne, deren Stiel hin-und her wackelte und ein Topf. Sieht so eine Kücheneinrichtung für 3 Personen aus? Das Bad mit Duschvorhang und schmutzig. Machen Sie sich vor der Vermietung Ihrer Objekte nicht einen Eindruck von dessen Zustand? So eine Wohnung für so viel Geld, 1200 Euro für eine Woche, zu vermieten, ist schon dreist.

Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig! Badezimmer ohne eine Ablage oder Haken für Badetücher .

In der Küche hatten wir keine Lust etwas zu kochen, grausig …was man ja möchte bei 14 Tage Ferien . Zwei grosse Tassen eine mit Sprung ( haben sie zuerst abwaschen müssen) Im Bad ist die Dusche nur für schlanke weil die Tür nur 30 cm aufgeht. Keine Ablage für Duschmittel nichts ,Kulturbeutel entweder auf WC stellen oder am Boden. Badetuch an Türfalle oder an selbst gekaufte Haken. Es sollte auch zu lesen sein das die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Strasse ist . Positiv , konnten unser Auto in einer Tiefgarage parkieren, weil wir nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs wahren.
