Delightful apartment from the late 20s, recently renovated, located in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Merano. Includes two bedrooms, a bright living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies, well maintained communal gardens and a parking space.
The apartment is perfect for one or two couples as well as for families with children. It includes a cellar for bikes or sport equipment.

Villa Rina offers the absolute tranquillity of a residential area combined with maximum accessibility. The house is very easy to reach by car (3 minutes from the Merano Centro exit) or by train (7 minutes on foot from the train station).
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and spreads over 90 square meters. It includes a modern kitchen with balcony overlooking the rear garden, a large living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a main bathroom and a secondary bathroom.
The living room is bright and comfortable, equipped with a 55” TV with access to satellite and Netflix channels, a large sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is brand new and includes a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a standard and a microwave oven, a 50ies stand-alone SMEG refrigerator, a table for 6 and is adequately equipped for those who love cooking. For families with small children, a cot and a Stokke highchair are available on request.
The closest supermarket is 300 meters away from the apartment, along with various shops and services.
The price does not include tourist tax, which amounts to € 2,20 per person per night. The tourist tax will be collected upon arrival and a receipt will be provided.

Our apartment is ideally located, as it is very close to the city centre (600 meters) while being also easily and quickly accessible from the speedway: no struggle with the city traffic in order to reach Villa Rina.
Fridays are special for the neighbourhood because of the large weekly market: if you are in Merano on that day, it is definitely worth a visit.

Villa Rina is close to Merano train station – which is also the focal point of public transport. This allows you to comfortably many places of interest while leaving your car parked in the Villa Rina courtyard, enabling you to enjoy our fine wines and aperitifs

Perfekte Unterkunft für Meran-Urlaub mit der Familie

Persönlicher Empfang durch den netten Vermieter, samt Erklärung der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Diese ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt jede Menge Bücher, auch zu Wanderungen und Ausflügen in und um Meran. Auch ein Architekturbuch zur Geschichte der Villa Rina. Nur kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum, Supermarkt, Kaffeehaus und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden.

Top-Wohnung für Meran-Besuch

großartiger Ausgangspunkt zum Kennenlernen von Stadt und Umgebung; viel Platz, zentrumsnah (wenige Gehminuten) und trotzdem ruhig gelegen; perfekte Ausstattung, vor allem auch mit Unmengen an Literatur zum Wandern, Besichtigen, Entdecken, dazu sehr ausführliche Tipps zum Einkaufen und Essengehen; besser kann man seine Gäste nicht versorgen!

Wunderbare Wohnung in schöner Lage in Meran

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung in Meran verbracht. Diese können wie wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Nicht nur ist sie sauber, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sondern auch in zentraler Lage in Meran. Erwähnenswert ist die Hilfbereitschaft und die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter. Diese waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und machten unserenAufenthalt noch angenehmer. Eine Unterkunft, die man sich merken muss :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal: in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 300m erreicht. E- Auto-Fahrer finden im Umkreis von 5min Fußweg 3 Lademöglichkeiten (AC, DC und HPC). Unsere Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch während des Aufenthalts mit Informationen versorgt - Vielen Dank dafür! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wir waren im Juni 2022 für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und die Lage ist super. Es fehlte nichts. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns bestens betreut und waren über Kurznachrichten jederzeit sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Friedrich hat uns hin und wieder einen Tipp gegeben, was gerade in Meran passiert (und wir ansonsten garantiert verpasst hätten). Wir haben von unseren Gastgebern auch eine Liste mit Cafe- und Restaurantempfehlungen erhalten. Unsere eindeutigen Favoriten, beide in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen: Frühstück im Cafe Brux, Abendessen in der Trattoria Mainardo. Wir haben einen rundum schönen Urlaub verbracht und können Wohnung und Gastgeber vorbehaltlos empfehlen.
