The room was clean and large (we had the Business Suite). The bathroom was especially large and much appreciated for our 12 night stay. I would say the Fuente Mayor is a fantastic value for the price!!

Llegué dos horas antes del horario de check-in por un viaje de trabajo y no mostraron ninguna intención de agilizar el ingreso. Recién pude ocupar la habitación por la noche. La habitación resultó muy básica y pequeña, con almohadas incómodas - las alfombras de los corridors sucias. Solo volvería a elegir este hotel por la comodidad de su ubicación cercana an mis compromisos laborales.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência neste Hotel. Durante as noites, os celulares dos atendentes tocaram a noite inteira e como estávamos no primeiro andar, era impossível dormir. Ao reclamar, o atendente diz que era o celular do Hotel e que não poderia desligar, mas pedi apenas para diminuir o volume. Quanto às camas, juntaram duas camas de solteiro, já antigas, muito moles e na junção das duas camas sentíamos aquela parte dura da madeira. Banheiro ruim, meio box, chuveiro baixo demais, colado na parede, impossível tomar um bom banho. O café da manhã muito bom, excelente.
