It is a nice hotel. Nit a firework, but good for the money I paid. Room was small but comfortable , with a nice view, cleaning exceptional, good breakfast. It is far away from the most attraction. You need more than an hour to get anywhere. I did not realise then booked. Swimming pool on top was not heated. The small covers one invaded with kids lumping on your head / no supervision at all. I had one masssge with CBD 75 minutes - supurb!

We got a terrible room, very old and nothing worked there, no heating,nor plug working, flasher broken, tv on the wall sticking out,where easy you can hit your head , view awful, very noisy outside as they were refurbishing rooms. Everything was closed temporarily,bar,restaurants,jaccuzzi didn’t work for three days we were there. Next day we were meant to change the room, no one called to ask us if we ok,let us know if and which room we should go to. We were calling reception to keep asking and chasing re the room change. As came just for 3 nights, we wanted to go out, but no one bothered to speed up the process, kept getting answers they are looking if any room available. We wasted half day waiting for the update. Terrible service, terrible hotel. We asked for some more water, they answered only first day we get complimentary water. Never apologised for inconvenience re the room we got , at least give us some water ,no joke. Would not recommend the hotel, definitely not 4,5* hotel. Big let down wa the accommodation unfortunately, luckily Malta is beautiful,so we still managed to enjoy our short break.

A beautiful hotel in the central area of Mellieha. Every member of staff was kind, helpful and always willing to do their best. Beautiful rooms some overlooking towards the sea. Lovely wellness facilities which have recently been renovated. The hotel has an Italian themed restaurant that serves great tasting food and opposite the main block of the hotel is the 120 bar an English style pub also serving food. Again staff friendly and always accommodating your needs where possible. A great stay in a beautiful hotel that you won't forget

Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Spacious room. Huge comfy bed. Good facilities. Nice decor. What we didnt like: room was on the bottom floor so no sun all day. The staff preparation for the day took place just above us and was very noisy from 6am every day. Trolleys rolling, furniture scraping on the floor etc. If i went again i would ask for a higher room.

Hotel was in a good location. We had a car & wish there would have been better parking option then on the road. The jacuzzi & indoor pool was great to relax! The room temperature could have been a lot cooler. The rooms were great & all staff was so friendly. Would recommend !

Great hotel Staff are nice and friendly and always willing to assist Lovely room Good location and ways to get around via public transport or walking. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Malta.

Despite being platinum Expedia members, we didn't get a room upgrade. Which is fine if the hotel was fully booked. Although I doubt it was due to it being off season. Plus, we were put in the worst room in the hotel. Basically what felt like a basement room. Right above a noisy bar. Which kept us awake most nights with music and people shouting. The room was directly attached to another room which had a flimsy cupboard style door between us. You could hear everything from the neighbours. Even if they were simply breathing. Room key card kept breaking and the walk to reception was very long to get it fixed each time. We were in what felt like another building across the road from the main building. The staff were rude when I asked why it kept happening and blamed us for storing the key card next to our phones etc. Which we weren't. You could hear doors slamming all the time. The room was also very musty and the AC broke. All in all, this hotel paints itself as quite luxurious, but it's a 3 star at max. If you're looking for a quiet stay somewhere look elsewhere.

Property was excellent staff very helpful only critism was the cocktail bar not open that twice I have stayed at this hotel and it wasn't open not everyone wants to go on the roof for a cocktail and drink
